Junior Category Manager/ Junior Brand Manager (CZ/SK)/ mezinárodní kosmetická společnost/ Praha

Purpose of role:

Category Manager is responsible for assigned categories for CZ and SK, adapting selected brands strategy for a company's target, working closely with Senior Brand Manager on merchandinig plans, pricing, and promotions including its execution as well as working closely with Trainers on training plans.   Selected brands come from across all 3 major categories (Skin Care, Color, Fragrances)

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-year experience on a similar position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, specially Excel and Power Point
  • University level of education, preferred marketing or business
  • Good Analytical thinking
  • Perfect knowledge of Czech language
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Growth mindset with agility at the heart
  • Ability to find common ground and overcome obstacles, influencing skills
